High Schoolers & College Students (Beginners) and Developers:

Submit a working project strictly aligned with the disclosed theme.

Use online resources, but provide citations and references in a separate document.

Include inline comments to indicate code portions learned or adapted from external sources.

Business:

Present a 2-5 minute pitch, no coding experience required.

Projects must strictly align with the disclosed theme.
